Mandy D. (Mandy Damirali) was born and raised in Chalandri. She studied Graphic Design (1999) and has apprenticed in drawing with Anna Maili (1998), Kostas Tsigris (2006). Since 2021, she has been working intensively as a visual artist. She was taught watercolor by the internationally recognized and award-winning artists Thomas Schaller (NY, USA) and Sterling Edwards (NC, USA). Her materials are acrylic and watercolor. She creates from impressionistic landscapes to abstract compositions with dynamic brushstrokes that convey the sense of movement and energy flowing on the canvas and paper.
