This mask is a tribute to El Santo. One of my favorite Mexican luchadores. This piece is about what we can hide on the inside by making our outside seem clean and shiny. The piece is painted on wood and was debuted at “LA BULLA” exhibition at Super Chief Gallery in Los Angeles in May of 2026.
