Agerton paints landscapes that inspire the mind and renew the spirit.
Mallory Agerton is a Tonalist landscape artist who specializes in paintings of Texas and Colorado. In May of 2015 she graduated from The Landscape Atelier run by master artist, Deborah Paris. She works from memory and drawings done outdoors. Mallory also has a BFA from The University of Texas and studied at The Art Student's League. She has also worked with Michael Workman, Matt Smith, Jeff Legg and Brian Blood.
Ms. Agerton likes using transparent and opaque paints. She often employs the Golden Mean in her composition and generally prefers portraying misty days, sunsets, and dawns.
