Inspired by the regenerative cycles of growth and decomposition, I create abstract works on paper in collaboration with plants and fungi.
Message
Made at Mount Auburn Cemetery during a cyanotype demonstration. I used an experimental "wet" process to create this cyanotype. During exposure, I added vinegar to the paper's emulsion, which alters the chemistry's ph and causes an alteration of the dark blue typically associated with the cyanotype.
