I assembled this wall piece from individually coiled elements bound with thread and weighted with stones. Each form is similar yet not identical, creating variation within a shared structure. Grouped tightly, they function as a system rather than as individual objects. The stones interrupt the weave, fixing orientation and adding gravity to an otherwise flexible surface.
