This piece is painted using Brusho Watercolor Crystals in shades of yellow, orange and ultramarine with pops of yellow and pink. A neighbor has a beautiful patch of poppies in the spring and I couldn't resist stopping to photograph them, and of course come home and paint them!
This piece is mounted on a cradled wood panel, sealed with cold wax to protect and preserve its color. No glass necessary. Framed in a sleek black floating frame.
