Painted at night while on the north side of Harrington Beach State Park. My location at the end of County rd D and the shores of Lake Michigan. A magical night, and Bette Midler's song Moonlight Dancing ran constantly through my head as I painted. I felt I had no other choice than to call it by its chosen name.
