The main inspiration came from researching about Kowloon walled city. I was fascinated by the idea of the sprawling organic growth of city living, with spaces tightly packed together. The lack of strict conformity allows for more individual expression. I wondered what would happen if I magnified this idea but with a dreamspace quality. Entire narratives could be imagined by looking at each individual window, shadowy crevices, decorated embellishments or rooftop shenanigans.
