Statement
My lifelong interests have been in art and design and I am fascinated with the relationship between representation and abstraction. I sometimes use found images as reference in my work and my current work features aerial perspectives of the natural world, including Australia where I work and live as well as places I travel to and those where I have lived in the past.
My current work also focuses on edges such as shorelines: those places where water meets the land. I am interested in aerial views and close-up studies of these magical places, that have drawn us to them since time began.
