Statement

Using Impressionist and abstract styles, I am inspired by iconic sacred monuments depicting a duality between spirituality and power, old world frescos, reflections of light and shadow on water as well as music, animal/spirit guides and nature through extensive travels and inner journeys.

Using a multi facetted approach to art, I strive to lead the eyes of my viewers through the light and shadow of duality, capturing the emotion and imagination. My journeys through old world travels, Inner Journeying of Shamanism and Quantum Healing Hypnosis and connecting with the Soul, have led me to "Share the Journey of Transformation" with my collectors and viewers.

Working on canvas, wood or instruments, and fabrics with multi-layering of acrylics, unconventional use of mixed media foils and epoxy to create halographic reflections, contrast and moody shadows in the elemental sky and water surrounding iconic monuments, I take my viewer through a contemporary journey of old world sacred sites and inner landscape of dreams and visions with different senses and inner reflection.
