My friend Kathi adopted Tori at 1 year old. While not bound by blood, their amazing bond is a thing of beauty and one that can never be broken. I came up with the idea of doing the world map to signify where Tori came from and where she is now. The heart in the middle (Where Iceland should be) is a nod to Tori’s Birthday; February 14th, Valentine’s Day.
When trying to decide on a title I came across this quote:
