A series of abstract work exploring the repetition of limited marks and colours. In this series I simplify the use of marks to lines, dots and loose grids.

Series for launch October 15-25 2024

A collection of work produced between 2002-04 as part of my two year Masters degree. At this time I was exploring multiple themes in the context of post-modernism. In particular I was sourcing images from Georgian and Victorian advertising and fashion. I also worked from grand interiors, from locations such as Castle Howard. Much of this work is collage-based, layering images and working directly on un-primed canvas in both paint and stitch.
