In a viral video, podcaster Alex Cooper asked the question of male pro-life protesters if they would be willing to subjugate the male body to medical mandates, such as vasectomies, for the sake of their cause. That this question invites disbelief at even being voiced is worthy of exploring how and why society draws the lines of bodily autonomy.
