After rains, Giant Texas Sage or "Cenizo" decorates West Texas with a multitude of tiny lavender and purple flowers cradled by silvery gray-green leaves. The native Texans are showy even when they aren't flowering, as their velvet-covered leaves twist and twine into a complex tapestry of foliage.

The archival matte varnish eliminates the need to frame this original watercolor under glass.
