Boats and Brews

Painted at the Stony Creek Brewery with the Branford Art Alliance plein air painters on Saturday July 8, 2017. The view is from the back patio of the Stony Creek Brewery which looks out onto the Branford River. Across the river is the Birbarie Marina and the famous Lobster Shack.

** NOTE: this piece has been accepted into a Juried Exhibition for the Member Show of The Connecticut Plein Air Painters Society. I am actually dropping off the piece this morning 12/2/17. There is chance it may win a prize. It is available and if you are interested in purchasing this piece I can inform the organizers of the show that the piece is in the purchasing process. The show closes on December 30th, however, I can find out if the piece can be removed after the reception date, which is Dec 9th if it is purchased.
