Artist Statement
I'm Linda Mullola, a landscape painter living and working on Long Lake in Sudbury, Ontario. My Art is a reflection of the land I call home - its rocky shorelines, quiet forests, and changing skies in all four seasons.
For over 25 years, I've been capturing the subtle beauty and strength of Northern Ontario through realistic acrylic paintings. My work is deeply personal, grounded in daily life and the familiar scenes just outside my door. I paint what I know and what I love.
Whether it's the hush of snowfall on pine trees or the golden light of a late summer afternoon, each painting is an attempt to share that moment of stillness and wonder.
My studio/gallery is open by appointment and I welcome visitors who would like to experience my work in person or discuss a piece that speaks to them. Contact me to schedule a visit.

The natural beauty of Northern Ontario, particularly the changing seasons, serves as the primary inspiration for Linda’s work. Many of her paintings focus on Long Lake, as well as other iconic locations such as Manitoulin Island, Bridal Veil Falls in Kagawong, and the Cup & Saucer Trail in Sheguiandah. Over the years, Linda has refined her skill set through workshops with both local and international artists. One of the most influential experiences was a week-long course in 2009 with renowned artist John Seerey-Lester in Venice, Florida, whose guidance helped propel her artistic growth.
Linda’s paintings have earned wide recognition at various local exhibitions and through her own studio and gallery in Sudbury. Her works are highly sought after and can be found in private collections not only across Canada, but also in New York, the UK, and Australia.
