This painting was originally an abstract of summer colors. But as the painting developed, I noticed a heart hiding behind the blues. I immediately had a feeling of being loved forever - for who I am - and that the love is a steadfast love. Well, that took me right to Psalm 136 which repeats "His steadfast love endures forever" several times and ends "Give thanks to the God of Heaven, for his steadfast love endures forever". And that makes me happy! About the painting: it's an acrylic with texture painted canvas mounted on a birch wood panel. The dimensions are 11" Wide x 14" High x .75" Deep. The sides are painted black as well as about 1/4" around the painting itself. A satin UV-resistant varnish has been coated on all surfaces to protect against dust and sunlight. This painting is ready to ship and ready for you to hang.
