Fresh days and a wispy cloud - feeling the breeze and the soft air -
'Cloud over Hills' is inspired by the rugged shores and hills in the North-West coast of Scotland on a trip to Kylescu. I’m pretty partial to expressive skies and try to convey the feeling of remoteness and energy in my paintings - it’s always about feeling and atmosphere rather than a literal interpretation.
