Represents the struggle with depression, embodying the cyclical nature of the disease through the concept of yin and yang. The tendrils, grasping and pulling, symbolize the relentless pull of the darkness, drawing one deeper into the depths of their soul. Yet, there is a glimpse of relief as the air grows lighter, symbolizing moments of escape from its clutches. However, the tendrils remain, never fully letting go, reminding us that while relief is possible, the shadow is never far behind. This piece captures the ongoing push and pull between despair and hope, illustrating the fragile balance of living with depression.
