Colorado Red evokes the warm earthy colors of the Colorado mountains against the clear mid-day sky. Layers of textured oil and cold wax were applied, etched into, and excavated to evoke the rough textures of the rocky surfaces. Multi-media board mounted on cradled wood panel.
