Inspiration: Continuing with the ‘Blossom” series, this was painted to express grace in a life yielded to divine plans and embracing the gifts of the Spirit. The rose, a recognized symbol of love, is used to express love for the ‘Beloved’. The rose of Sharon is referenced in Song of Songs to refer to the ‘Beloved’. Song 2:1-2, Song 2:10-13
