I am a black contemporary artist based in Stratford, Connecticut. I primarily work in oil painting and explore themes of mental health and how it shapes my identity through surrealistic compositions. My studio practice includes photography as the main basis for my paintings and my art invites viewers to look at all the elements in the piece and come up with their own conclusions about mental health and how it is viewed in the black community. I received my BFA in Painting from RIT as of May 2025.
