More than 20 large portraits of chewed bubblegum wads, made from materials like metal, gypsum, wax, and glass, hang from the two-story ceiling at head-height. The sound of gum chewing comes from inside the forms, bouncing through the space as if in conversation with the viewer.

“I see these forms as visual manifestations of our anxiety, and an illustration of the tension that we have come to reside with.”
