Edition of 3, 1 AP
Edition 3/3 Available

The series considers the gap between our thought process, our making process, and our means of communication with the spoke word. It begins with something very well known, the palm of the hand, and it gradually becomes more and more foreign with each iteration of the image--from the printed image on paper to the cut and repaired paper the image sits upon. A portion of the subject matter is sacrificed through the process of communication.

Almost/Nearly was commission as part of a book project in 2020 for the "Kissing Through a Curtain" catalog at Mass MoCA.
