New Style… I start with a photo I have taken of something that I find interesting. I import it to my digital canvas and have an extended look. I will often see other patterns, objects, things, people, creatures in it. I also play with light and color, layering, shapes, etc. to see what may appear. When I see something new I play with it digitally, paint it out and coax it into further existence and create something new from something actual plus what’s in my brain, or maybe something that already exists and in a way I am documenting an alternative or deeper way of seeing.
