Katy McCarrick is an Ohio based artist who has been exploring creative pursuits since she was young. She particularly enjoys the experimentation and play aspects of art appealing and is always asking herself, “what if...” when playing with paint. A current interest of hers is exploring the interplay of the hard lines of charcoal with the soft, beautiful colors of acrylic paint and enjoys using these two media together to depict the nature.
