In my “Stasis” painting series, I translate memory into hard-edged paintings with dramatic curves and angles. Using only two colors, I focus on the interplay of figure and ground. These simple yet complex Minimalism works offer a pathway into my experiences — layers of recollection elegantly embodied through curvilinear sculptures that celebrate form through their refinement and sophisticated use of color. Each has my signature golden heart on the bottom side of the canvas as a talisman of the most powerful force, LOVE.
