Statement

I am a skilled clay artist and oil painter who has brought the two disciplines together in my hand-thrown and hand-painted practical art pottery. Carefully crafting each piece from concept to throwing, trimming, painting designs of my own making, and shepherding the pieces through various firings, I produce pieces of lasting beauty that feel sacred in a world where so much is transient, shallow, and temporary.

My art is an outer expression of constant inner exploration.
