Old-school beach cottages are fast becoming extinct. These gems of the coast are far too often replaced by multi-story mansions. I just love a beach cottage with history and vintage character.
This painting was inspired by some of the few remaining vintage cottages near the King & Prince Hotel on St. Simons Island, Georgia.
