These painted metallic cubes are sold as a triptych. The metallic spray paint finish has graffiti-like drips and texture. Each art cube is unique. The text refers to the oil color I mixed to paint it. VERMILION's name originated from a similar color that was made from an insect. Renaissance artists like Titian loved this color. This red-orange color is thought to be a symbol of good fortune.
Although the VERMILION triptych looks stunning sitting on a surface, the 3 boxes are designed for hanging flat against a wall. Easy keyhole hanging system comes with each signed cube.
I will create more VERMILION ART BOXES upon selling them. Every new series will always be unique because they are hand painted.
