TURQUOISE is part of the COLOR BOX SERIES. This 5" x 5" x 5" Art Box is spray painted in metallic paint displaying the drips and markings of graffiti. Each side is unique. The text name, TURQUOISE, is then oil painted with that color. Turquoise has been used by artists since the 1500's. The font I painted with oils has a Baroque feeling, but a very current, gothic sensibility.
Display on a shelf or hang on the wall.
I will create more TURQUOISE ART BOXES upon selling them. Every new series will always be unique because they are hand painted.
