Heather began picking up the paintbrush in 2005 when she moved to Germany with the Air Force.

She started painting landscapes, floral paintings, pet portraits and of course still lives.

She set up her first still life with the Polish pottery she had started collecting.. She painted 3-4 acrylic still life's with her Polish pottery and decided to start a series dedicated to this beautiful hand painted stoneware.

She traveled 10 times to Boleslawiec, Poland to shop for the pottery and collected a LOT! Really can you have too much? It's so pretty!
