Honoring Native Americans

I am filled with profound reverence for the lives and cultures of Indigenous People whose lives were tragically shattered. They were displaced onto reservations far from their homelands. Native American children were forced into boarding schools where they were stripped of their names, native tongues, families, and culture. Nations were permanently altered and many lives were lost due to ignorance and prejudice.

My mission is to raise spiritual awareness of the majesty, beauty, and nobility of Native Americans who have endured significant injustices. May they always be remembered!  Frames were uniquely crafted to reflect the beauty and essence within each portrait.

Native American Pow Wow

My first Native American Pow Wow experience filled me with a sense of peace and serenity. The heartbeat of the drums and the melodic prayers of the flutes were deeply felt and spiritual in nature. Native American dancers, one by one, entered the circle in their finest regalia dancing with gratitude in celebration of Life and Mother Earth.

Master Studies and Reproductions

By replicating master paintings, I am able to practice and refine my own technical skills including everything from accurate drawing and color mixing to achieving specific textures and effects. The insights gained are internalized and contribute to developing my own artistic techniques. It's like a musician learning classical songs before composing their own. Engaging with profound works of art is a powerful form of artistic growth!
