Statement
I am the most analog digital artist you will ever meet.
Camera
On foot with camera in hand - grabbing snippets of light and landscape and figure.
Paper
Sketching out compositions - pen / graphite / oil pastel / colored pencil
Screen
Bringing it all together - layering / erasing / blending. No AI here. All on the computer but manipulated by "hand".
Transfer
Over the years I have developed a unique transfer process in which I lift the archival inks from printed surfaces. The inks are encapsulated in a translucent medium that allows me to transfer them to wood panel.
