Seadragon's Surprise

I knew I wanted to do a piece with seadragons; they’re so fantastical it’s hard to believe they actually exist. The hibiscus in this piece was actually from a planter just outside the Torpedo Factory. The seadragon looking at the hibiscus was the first element that came to my mind for this piece, and I structured all of the other plants and creatures around it.
