The moon always reminds me of my mother, she loved watching her for long periods on a full moon. As a painter, I love to capture the moon in my nightlife and see how she embraces the landscape with her light, like a mother.
In this scene, I chose the mountains of Escazu, a city of mountains and breathtaking views of the central valley, and when there is a full moon you can see the curves of the mountains and the night lights cover the night landscape of houses and forests.

La luna me recuerda siempre a mi madre, le encantaba contemplarla por largos ratos en luna llena. Como pintora, me encanta captar la luna en mis nocturnos y ver como abraza el paisaje con su luz, como una madre.
En esta escena, escogí las montañas de Escazú, una ciudad de montañas y vistas impresionantes del valle central, y cuando hay luna llena se pueden ver las curvas de las montañas y las luces de la noche cubrir el paisaje nocturno de casas y bosques.
