24x24inch oil on linen mounted on ACM panel. Professionally floating framed, in black stained Tasmanian oak with gold front-facing trim to further enhance the outback colours.

Timmy is from The Kangaroo Sanctuary, in Alice Springs. It's survival of the fitness in dessert country and this boy is thriving amongst his mob, safe and sound in the sanctuary.

I have used textural abstraction to highlight the warmth of the dessert sunset, building up layers of oil paint to highlight the depth in Timmy's eyes. I will donate 50% of the profit to the Sanctuary, they do amazing work.
