Snow doesn’t happen very often in the South, but when it does, it is magical. The dark arbovitae trees created extra background drama as the snow was lightly coming down. Creating falling snow in watercolor can be tricky as you must ‘save your whites’. Rarely, is white opaque paint used except for a sparkle.
