Inspired by the vast, untamed seascapes I encountered on the trek, this piece layers fabric and thread to evoke the powerful surf, rugged rocks, and resilient coastal vegetation shaped by relentless wind and waves.

Through fabric collage and intricate thread painting, I aimed to convey not only the vibrant hues of the turquoise water but also the unyielding essence of nature in this remote part of the world—a landscape both fierce and breathtaking in its isolation.”
