The sea is a gorgeous turquoise colour and the powerful waves are crashing into the offshore rocks sending a plume of spray into the air.

The Cape to Cape track is a long distance walk between Cape Naturaliste and Cape Leeuwin in the southwest of Western Australia.
Splash is inspired by the coastline around Gracetown.

Splash is a fabric collage with freehand machine embroidery details which brings the scene to life. The spray is hand stitching with decorative metallic thread which catches the light.
