The Wagon Garden is a small 6x12 painting inspired by the quiet charm of a nearby farmer’s market and nursery. I wanted to capture the simple beauty of a place where care, color, and community meet. The row of little wagons filled with flowers and plants became the heart of the composition, leading the eye through the scene and giving it a sense of warmth and movement.
This painting reflects my appreciation for the everyday places that feel familiar and alive. The owner’s presence, the soft open air, and the bright wagons all speak to the gentle rhythm of a local business nurtured with love. In this work, I hoped to celebrate not just the market itself, but the feeling of passing by a place that quietly brightens a neighborhood.
