My Pink Pansy is Love. We show love in so many ways, gardens and flowers are from the beginning, even before we can write or express our joy and love we see this in flowers. We pick flowers for our mothers, and present them as the most beautiful gift for the most beautiful person in our lives. This continues throughout our lives as we present flowers and surround ourselves with gardens to express our love.

Created first on paper, elements are added using scrape papers and found objects such as circuit boards, maps, and dictionary pages to create the initial design. The piece is sewn with different threads to add texture. Once mounted on art board additional elements are then added creating a finished piece with hidden objects all adding to the fun and the finished piece.
