MacDuff, a wee fishing village on Scotland’s north coast; most of the building exteriors are a weathered brownish tone.
Steep streets, a still-busy harbour, a dramatic rocky coastline make this an attractive destination for painters in mild
weather. The brisk sea air in early March when I was there limited my on-site creative endeavours to photographing and
taking notes!
