Hibernation

I'll never forget the delight of looking out my windows while teaching in this rugged and beautiful place. The contrasts of orange and blue were stunning. I had time to really enjoy these scenes, as school was cancelled for a full three weeks due to the heavy snow that so infrequently piles this high in such red rock country.
