James is a landscape impressionist oil painter specializing in triptychs (3-panel pieces) of the Southwest, Montana, and more. He is also well-known for his Christian artwork. He currently resides in Kalispell with his wife Crystal (also a professional oil painter), and 3 1/2 children.
