Cauldron is an image transfer on Yupo Medium and inspired by the iconic Grand Prismatic Spring in Yellowstone. The center of the spring boils up from underground is so hot & sterile that is produces a shockingly clear and bold blue color year round and is a site to behold.

The image was transferred using a Chartpak blender marker. Once the image was transferred, the piece was further embellished with pastels.
