The work is dedicated to Patricia Murphy, who began working at the College in 1996. She was the secretary for the Nursing and Allied Health Division. As a support staff member, Ms. Murphy also served as president of the Support Staff Federation. She is also remembered as a dedicated volunteer at the annual HCCC Foundation Employee Scholarship Luncheon. Pat Murphy cherished her Irish heritage, and had a passion for the sea. She passed away on December 11, 2016. Donald Teskey's work was printed at Stoney Road Press, Dublin, Ireland, by masterprinter Kelvin Mann. The work is printed on Hahnemuhle German etching paper.
