This Eskimo-carved ivory cribbage board is engraved on both sides with scrimshaw depictions of fish, walruses, seals and an Eskimo hunter. There are 4 small seal head carved on the player side. The Indigenous People who speak Eskimo live in Alaska, Canada, and eastern Siberia. Thank you to Dr. Jonathan Klarsfeld for the generous donation of this work.
