Thank you to Roy Groething for the generous donation of this print. The artist writes, "This was part of a broader series I did for NPR on Waverly, TN after they had a massive flood that killed several in their community and destroyed many homes. This was part of a multiple part series on climate change. We followed people making the hard choice whether to rebuild or move on and others grappling with restoring a community after such a catastrophic event. " The original caption for the photograph was, "Trick or Treating gets underway during the Halloween in Downtown Waverly, Tenn on Oct. 31, 2021."
