This small painting is about the importance of feeling held both internally and externally. During the pandemic we often didn't feel held enough, either by Government or within our network. It was hard enough to contain ourselves let alone others. None of us had anything left in the tank. So depleted, we lived with daily exhaustion that permeated everything we did. This artwork is a reminder to cherish those times we feel contained and to be grateful for those people, places and memories that have enough left over to contain us now.
